I've had no problems. I've used it ten times in total. I use sheets for multiple small items on one sheet and use the included cutter to separate them. I also get a lot of benefit from the corner rounder. Everything works perfectly. It lets you know it's hot and ready to go with a green light. It may take 3-4 minutes. I didn't time it, but it's pretty quick. I turn it on and then set up my page to go through the laminator and when I'm done setting it up it's ready to go. It can get a little hotter than it is, but that doesn't stop it from working properly either. Also cools down quickly. A few minutes after turning off, it completely cooled down. I'm guessing there was a $9 offer when I bought it two weeks ago so I went for this one, but it's definitely worth full price. The picture shows some index cards that I laminated and used. The edges are more rounded for the college project.
