Works with slightly hard oils.

This works very well and holds a pound of chopped butter. The only criticism is that the lid doesn't fit properly. It's just a top that can be mounted on a container. You will get 2 slices of butter but there is no space to store them along with the container.

Pros

Compared to the glass oil container, our plastic oil container is much lighter. Also, because of the material, it is not easy to break. The transparent container lets you see how much oil is left and is great for everyday use.
