I think it might work for some people. I mean I see how it could work but for some reason it didn't do much in my case. I used all 14 strips and followed the instructions. As other customers have said, they stick to your teeth, so 30 minutes to keep them in place shouldn't be a problem (although I salivate at a high rate when they're on). There was absolutely no sensitivity, so I'm assuming the concentration of the bleach isn't enough (weird that the bleach isn't listed in the ingredients). I won't try this again but might try a stronger lightening system. If they work for you then you can't beat the price. For your health!
