I noticed the difference straight away even though my teeth were pretty white to begin with. The only thing is that it is recommended to reapply every 3 months, so I think the whitening does not last as long as a well-known brand. But, excellent value for money and they work very well.

I think it might work for some people. I mean I see how it could work but for some reason it didn't do much in my case. I used all 14 strips and followed the instructions. As other customers have said, they stick to your teeth, so 30 minutes to keep them in place shouldn't be a problem (although I salivate at a high rate when they're on). Mech. I could not tell any significant difference after using this product as advertised. This was the first time I've tried a whitening product and I didn't want to spend too much, but I probably won't use it again. Next time I'll try something more expensive.

They work well and are worth the price. My biggest complaint is that bleach stains are difficult to remove from teeth. I don't know what's in that stuff and I'd rather not swallow it. Before that I used white Crest strips and the dirt washes off with a simple mouthwash. They require me to wipe my teeth with a tissue, etc. to clean them. I've been using them for 7 days now and haven't noticed any improvement. I used whitening strips a few years ago and noticed a difference after the first 2 days so I found it odd that they wouldn't work all the time as a lot of the reviews I read said they had 6% peroxide contained what should be the active ingredient in all whitening strips.
