This is my third set I want to give these stars for my review but unfortunately I can't! I first bought a set and used it for cooking in my restaurant, well I fell in love. Constantly in use every day and after more than 3 weeks the original set has not yet had to be sharpened. They are light and sharp, and the black color makes them perfect. I ended up buying 2 extra sets, one for other employees and one for the house. My only downside is that the company doesn't offer one set of knives, but a different one. I wish they would sell the other single knives he installs.
