    I bought it because it is aesthetic because it is black. It is very sharp and seems durable. Overall I use it often and it holds the blade well. I'm banging on bones and hard things and it's still sharp and doing its job

    This is my third set I want to give these stars for my review but unfortunately I can't! I first bought a set and used it for cooking in my restaurant, well I fell in love. Constantly in use every day and after more than 3 weeks the original set has not yet had to be sharpened. They are light and sharp, and the black color makes them perfect. I ended up buying 2 extra sets, one for other employees and one for the house. My only downside is that the company doesn't offer one set of knives, but a

    I originally gave this set 5 stars because it worked so well. After a few months of use, I realized I made a terrible mistake ordering these knives. I say nothing different than other 1 star reviews. These knives are so cheap they bend almost as much as aluminum foil. I once used the tip of a paring knife to dig holes in a frozen turkey pie to let air out, and the tip of this knife bent into a "U" shape. I didn't pierce or apply force like other knives, I just make a twisting motion to create a
