I was in dire need of an exercise lotion and this was the fastest I could get. As a professional LMT, it has too much slip. Too slippery. It has a pleasant aroma, but some customers do not like smells. I would never buy again for my practice. I use it as a regular lotion for myself, but I didn't like it either as there are cheaper options.
