I have been using two Nest cameras to monitor my dogs and property for several years so I will compare them. I have to say that the camera on the Kami produces a much better picture. It appears brighter and has a lot more definition. The ability to pan and tilt allows you to cover a much larger area than the Nest Camera. Night vision is EXCELLENT. I can watch my dogs even in the middle of the night. Setup is very easy. It uses a QR code for pairing, which is very convenient. With all the options in the settings, I've pretty much eliminated the false alarms I've encountered with other cameras. "Human Detection" helps me a lot not to notify me when pets are playing. and motion tracking, a pretty cool next-level AI feature. Great camera, great buy. Can't wait to get more for the rest of the house.
