The software was easy to use, very intuitive for employees. We are able to give feedback daily instead of weekly or monthly which allows us to be more engaged with each other overall! It did take some getting used to for new hires but that shouldn't stop you from trying it out as there's plenty of training available if needed. I would highly recommend this product! We were looking at different customer engagement programs to find something suitable within our organization without spending too much time implementing one over another. This program allowed us quick entry into a user friendly site and has given all the staff in my department an outlet where we can get work done quickly while still engaging with others through social media.
