Review on ๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ Anker Nebula Cosmos Projector Stand: The Perfect ยผ-Inch Mounting Solution for All Nebula Projectors by Ronald Bleimeyer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Decent but with a few inconveniences

EDIT: I figured out how to capture horizontal movement a little better. First I installed the projector by screwing it all the way in and then tightening the lock nut so the projector was snug against the projector. It had horizontal play. Instead, I loosened the jam nut until it just touched the base of the screw mount, tightened the projector until it was lined up with the jam nut (ball joint locked), and then loosened the ball joint to align the projector. It still doesn't feel as secure as I'd like, but it's secure enough that plugging anything into the projector doesn't cause it to drastically go out of alignment. two lags. Seems solid, precisely constructed and easily adjustable. My main complaint is that with the projector installed (Nebula Cosmos) and fully tightened, there is no horizontal latch. The ball joint is tight and the projector is secure, but it rotates left and right with little finger strength or a broken HDMI cable. Very upset when I paid 3 times more than other coasters for the promise of higher quality. It comes with concrete anchors, not drywall anchors, and to be honest I would never trust a somewhat heavy $500 projector with drywall anchors.
