My order said it would be delivered late but it actually arrived on time. It was very comfortable to walk on and the shoes just fit perfectly. I ordered women's shoes in size 8.5-9. The product looks pretty cheap which sucks considering the amount you pay for it. But when you think about the quality of $25-30 sneakers, then you get what you paid for. Also, I've seen a lot of feedback on what to do with transparent straps and how to put them on. Since there are no instructions on how to use it in the package, I will try to explain how to put it on.1. You will receive two clear straps from the box, each of which attaches (slides) to a strap on the back of the shoe. You will adjust each transparent strap to comfortably wrap around your ankle.2. Attach one end of the clear strap to one of the display straps. Then wrap the transparent strap around your ankle.3. You will then clip the other end of the clear strap onto the other shoe strap. The straps cross over to keep the shoes nice and snug. Adjust as needed to make sure it's not too loose or too tight. I took photos in case these instructions weren't clear enough.
