I love this product and when I learned how to transfer pictures everything was great. However, don't expect to buy it, plug it into your phone, upload the pictures, and transfer them without spending a lot of time figuring out how to do it all. It took my husband and I over an hour while we both tried to figure out how it works with our Samsung S8 phones. The good news is that if you keep going like this, you'll probably find out eventually. And once you've done that, transferring becomes a breeze. This device is very important to me because we have never been able to download our phones to our computer and my husband has spent his entire career on computers. Unimportant. With this little device we have solved this problem. Another small problem is that it only contains 500 images. Just got back from a trip where I took 2,000 photos but uploading 4 times helped me learn how to do it. :)
