It has helped streamline our customer service, allowing us to track all of our calls without needing separate call tracking software for each department within an organization or with different departments in multiple organizations (i.e., Sales vs Support). The interface could be more intuitive but we are working through that now by hiring outside help. We have been able solve some pretty complex issues using this tool including solving problems such as having too many customers who were calling into one phone number. This allowed those individuals to only receive support from certain teams instead of being tied up waiting for someone else's input while they waited - solved!
