Great solution when you need real-time data

It has helped streamline our customer service, allowing us to track all of our calls without needing separate call tracking software for each department within an organization or with different departments in multiple organizations (i.e., Sales vs Support). The interface could be more intuitive but we are working through that now by hiring outside help. We have been able solve some pretty complex issues using this tool including solving problems such as having too many customers who were calling into one phone number. This allowed those individuals to only receive support from certain teams instead of being tied up waiting for someone else's input while they waited - solved!

Pros
  • I like knowing my performance stats so far which is easy if there aren't enough tickets submitted yet..so not very accurate numbers until things start rolling along here :)
