Balanced support, comfort and odorless softness
Sleep well with this pillow! There were no extraneous odors after you removed the packaging the day before using at bedtime. Provides just the right amount of softness balanced with neck support for that side sleeper! I don't use hard pillows and don't recommend the extra to keep a fixed insert for those who prefer a softer pillow.I can't say anything about the comfort with the branded insert, it was too heavy for me, using it without an insert is just perfect for me.The option was attractive when I bought it because I wasn't sure how soft/hard the pillow would be.This allows for such flexibility in preferences.
