Bought them for my son and they arrived yesterday. They fit well. He usually wears a size 1 for big kids, but a size 13 is fine for a little shoe stretch. However, when I removed the handkerchief, it looked like a water or oil stain on the right boot. Obviously it wasn't actively wet and the box and packaging it came in was not damaged in any way so the stain would have been before packing.
