Like new. Makes my fax machine work again. I refill my ink cartridges and reset the ink because it can get expensive for all the prints I do. I reset the ink levels but when I receive a fax it is saved and I have to print manually. I'm sure there is a way, but I'm not tech savvy and I'm surprised I figured out how to fill my ink. Other than that I don't need it and the picture quality is really good. Overall I am satisfied and would buy again
