I liked to read books before going to bed, it turned out that this way I fall asleep and sleep better. Real books are still more pleasant to read, but it’s not always convenient: different sizes and fonts, some books are heavy. For example, I have a book by George Martin - "The Game of Throne / Clash of Kings", and so it is inconvenient to read it lying on your back because of the size and weight. The e-book in this regard was more convenient (for me).
