Review on ๐Ÿšด Waterproof Bike Front Frame Bag - ROCKBROS Bicycle Top Tube Bag for Mountain Road Bike with Phone Pouch - Essential Cycling Accessories Pack by Jose Haskin

Almost perfect except for the offset

I was very happy to finally get these because this type of bag is the only one that fits my mountain bike without getting in the way. I can't have a saddlebag because I have a dropper and when I lower my seat all the way it gets really close to my rear wheel which then rubs when I'm doing technical stuff. Then the geometry of my bike is such that I can't fit it in a bike triangle. because my shock disturbs. So that seemed like the perfect solution. To be honest this works most of the time, but I have a caveat. PROS: Big enough to put a few things in, but not so big that it looks like a backpack. Good durable material. Withstood rain and mud and survived. Heavy-duty Velcro closures. They snap and don't get lost. CONS: - I was messing around here. While the straps are great and keep it in place (mostly), the bottom strap that attaches to the top tube isn't designed very well. The strap itself is simply threaded through a couple of slots at the bottom of the bag, meaning it slides in a circle. Even with a tight and strong strap, you can move the bag left/right with enough force. I've encountered this on every ride when doing sudden turns or fast endos or very fast exercises. Consider the effect of centripetal force. So what basically happens is the bag is now heavily biased to one side of the top tube resulting in a small slag at the bottom which then hits my knee. suck!
