I struggle with back and neck pain and needed good quality hair at an affordable price. This chair does just that, but with a few disappointments. The seat is locked and doesn't slip, almost forcing you to sit lower in the seat due to the plastic frame around the seat net, which is easily damaged. I prefer to snuggle up tightly in a chair for full back support, but I have to slide into a chair with no lower back support. Not the end of the world, but you would think there would be at least a few inches of play, but no, it's just a big empty hole for you to fill. 2. Neck brace feels BIG! But. I'm 6ft 180lbs, barely enough for my neck to sit comfortably unless I lean back and push further into the chair. 3. The armrests are height-adjustable and can be easily folded. My 28" table will not fit on these armrests in any position so I have to raise them. My solution to this problem is to buy a new table that stands about 32 inches off the ground. It's good that I already have plans to make a desk from Ikea with my own hands. The tilt feature is just weird. You can lock it in the position you want, but only in certain parts of the slope. Even in the maximum position (handle under the seat), if I just put some weight on the back of the chair, I'll fly back into the prone position. support is a lot. I had a $150 gaming chair before and it throws it off the rails. So damn comfortable if you can find a nice spot like to sit in it. The mesh feels great and provides ample support throughout my body. Assembly took 3 minutes to assemble the chair. Super straight forward if you feel like you don't even need a manual. I don't know if I will return it or not. I really like this chair but it has many flaws. Maybe because of the price, but I think at $350 with taxes, these important settings and features shouldn't be missing.
