Holy cow! What a chair!

This is by far one of the best chairs I have ever sat in. The mesh is very comfortable as it is durable and gives good support to my back. I also love how the breathable mesh eliminates hot spots on my back. I've sat in more expensive chairs that didn't let air in, and when my back was pressing against the chair, it could get a little hot. The chair was also very easy to assemble as shown in my photos. There were only a few parts to assemble and installation only took about half an hour.

The seller had AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I originally bought this chair and for some reason it was missing a few screws in the box. I wrote a review here (which I just deleted as the update function didn't work) explaining my frustration. The seller read these comments and immediately contacted me to send me the missing parts as soon as possible. Also, to my concern, they gave me a discount on my purchase price. I am pleased to say that the chair is very comfortable and the customer service has been impeccable. I highly recommend this

Cheaper than Herman Miller, almost as nice. The seat is larger than on cheaper models.

Pampered Herman Miller chair at work. I endured a cheap fabric and foam computer desk chair for many years. Now that I'm a little older and doing some housework I need more comfort and support, this chair does what I need and it didn't cost me $800. Granted, this one isn't as adjustable and the lumbar support isn't pronounced, but it's soooo much better than what I had. Some may find it difficult to assemble as it can be a bit heavy for one person, but the weight also adds to the "well done"…

Nice, stable chair. There are small problems

The chair is very well built, seems solid. As. Mesh bottom/back and adjustability, particularly the armrests that fold up and tuck away (ideal for sliding a chair under a table). Ergonomics generally works well for me, but please note I'm quite tall at 6ft 2in. Some smaller users might feel that the base is a bit high even on the lowest settings. Comfortable, high quality, supportive and saves space in tight spaces

I ordered this office chair to fit in a tight space. I wanted something comfortable but refused a chair with armrests. Everything I used in this place had to fit completely under the table or I would never have been able to access the cabinet behind the table. It's been great for 6 months

I've been using this chair for my daily office work for 6 months and I really like it. But now the gas bottle is not holding the seat in the position I set it to. I can adjust the height of the seat and within a few hours it's back to low (probably 3 inches off). I'm a long way from hitting the 280 lb weight limit. Now I have to buy a better chair. Great for the price with a few flaws

I struggle with back and neck pain and needed good quality hair at an affordable price. This chair does just that, but with a few disappointments. The seat is locked and doesn't slip, almost forcing you to sit lower in the seat due to the plastic frame around the seat net, which is easily damaged. I prefer to snuggle up tightly in a chair for full back support, but I have to slide into a chair with no lower back support. Not the end of the world, but you would think there would be at least a…
