Order half a size smaller than your J&M Oxford/Derby size.
I have many pairs of J&M size 8 loafers that fit me perfectly. I had to go back a size 8 in these shoes and take a size 7.5 to get the same fit. The shoes are incredibly comfortable. There are no loud clicks in these shoes thanks to the soft rubber heel. I miss the click. Please mark this review as helpful if you find it informative. Thanks.
