Review on 🔒 Xena XX6: High-Tech Disc Lock Alarm with Bluetooth for Enhanced Security by Homer Reed

Initially I was happy with the Xena dial lock; I used it on my BMW F650gs; it worked immediately; Installation was easy; The app worked as expected although its features are a bit poor. My problem started 3 weeks after installation; I went out to ride; only to find the device was DOA (only 3 weeks!😒); I tried to revive it; but in vain. I contacted Xena support; It's been 3 days with no reply. So, disappointment😞; I trusted this device as a layer of security. Overall I think this product is still a work in progress (incomplete). Let's hope my replacement lasts longer. Trying to get an easy replacement (no refund or refund) was hard work! "It's like lining up again to get your money back and going through the whole buying process all over again; takes too long; bad customer service; The idea is to make it easy for the customer! 7/31/20 - Part 2: Bright spot I received and installed my second device on July 13th I was contacted by a Xena customer service representative, there was an apparent technical problem via email, they tried to fix me on July 1st are very diligent and I have been assured that they will take care of their product and my issues will be resolved. So it's been about 3 weeks and the new device is holding a charge (very well 😁). Overall I'm satisfied with the Xena product (fit, functionality, customer service) By the way, I also found out about the new features in the pipe (exciting)!
