I used another label that could be stuck onto a frozen container and stayed frozen, thawed and dishwasher safe. When the time came, they just peeled off, leaving no trace. They were pretty expensive so I decided to try the cheaper option but these labels are just useless. Don't try to put them on over something that's already in the freezer, or with the slightest bit of moisture. If you manage to stick it, everything you write on the label will be smudged. If the label turns out to be legible and stuck to the container (which is very rare) they just wash it in the dishwasher, the pieces fall off, some stay, a real mess. I use them as temporary labels for my hobbies and crafts and re-use my Brother label maker as I have used for my kitchen labels in the past.
