Sticks pretty well. I only removed it once to realign it a small section at the end of the piece and it removed well and restuck well. However I had not firmly placed that all the way down before realigning it. I used it to put together a reflective greenhouse area to use with a spider grow light I didn't use it to stick insulation. It has worked well for my purpose and based on performance so far I would purchase it again. I have heard not to order adhesive products such as tapes during really cold weather as it would affect it effectiveness but I honestly have no idea if that true or bs because I ordered mine at the end of summer.
