Review on Discontinued Epson XP-310: Wireless Color Photo Printer, Scanner, and Copier by Sean Patel

The printer was working fine for a few months, but suddenly it stopped printing black ink. The black ink cartridge was not empty, but I replaced it with a new one to see if that fixed the issue. It still didn't work. I followed the instructions to clean the printhead. It still didn't work. I called support today as the printer is still under warranty. The rep had me clean the print head four more times. It still does not work. However, this was not enough to redeem the guarantee. The support specialist told me to call back in 24 hours because the print head "needed a rest". I have stated that he rested well over 24 hours after his first cleanse but this was denied. So now I have to wait another 24 hours for the print head to rest and then I have to call them back and go through their system again tomorrow. I still don't have a working printer. Note: Even if I can get this printer working again, I will never buy an Epson printer again. I mostly print black text but if the color cartridges are not full the printer will not work at all until they are replaced even if you just want to print black text.
