Do not buy a defective item

Do not buy a defective item and the seller does not want to accept a return. The item was a scam, didn't work and it took me forever to respond to my concerns and send back the defective item. Not recommended! I'm a Department of Defense veteran and worked in law enforcement, he scammed me with this article and Amazon didn't do anything about it. He said we couldn't do anything in China.
