I can imagine that some individuals have had great luck shopping at Hulaidywig, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. To begin, I was very disappointed by the low standard of their offerings. The synthetic hair extensions I bought looked and felt flimsy, and the tools I used to style them were similarly unreliable. When it comes to items used for personal hygiene, it is unacceptable that price be put ahead of quality. In addition, I found their website to be difficult to use and full of unnecessary bells and whistles. I had a hard time locating the items I needed, and their search bar was of little assistance. My attempts to get in touch with customer service resulted in long wait periods and unsatisfactory responses. My time spent on Hulaidywig was mostly annoying and disheartening. If you are seeking for high-quality cosmetics and toiletries, I would not suggest them to you. Don't waste your money here if you want a good time.
