The customer support is awesome! They are always willing to help, especially when you call them out during their business hours and not just at night or weekend time as some companies do. Sometimes it can be hard to get an answer if your issue isn't something they deal with every day but that's ok because there will ALWAYS someone who knows how things work. I would say this is one of those problems where sometimes it takes awhile before people realize what needs doing. It could also take more than once emailing back-and forth until you finally find somebody who gets it right away so don't give up hope too fast. Make sure they know all about your computers hardware/software configuration (including OS type) when trying to troubleshoot any issues. Also make sure they understand why you need certain features like remote desktop access while working from.
