Okay, but there are new models.
A good receiver for the price. However, note that this device is based on H.264 compression. New models will support H.265. I mainly use this to receive the radio channel. Works fine for that. The dealer website is actually more of a blog site where firmware updates are posted. It would be nice if the installer had an "add" function that would allow you to search for new channels without corrupting or reloading the ones already in the channel list. Compare with V9 Super before buying.
