We bought this a few weeks ago as one of our first Father's Day gifts. (they spoil me) We kept needing something to use after going through the local car wash - something that worked well and quickly as we have two toddlers who usually wait while my wife and I quickly dry and leave. . It was perfect. Of course it was better for our color than the dirty little towels they recycle or the disposable cardboard towels some stores sell. Although we didn't dry the paint job on a sports car or collector car, it worked just as well as we did. The large size and excellent absorbency allowed us to dry before water stains formed and the towel left a beautiful shine with no streaks. We were out there within minutes. It even worked well on Windows so we didn't have to do it when we got home like we usually do. Our SUV looked better than ever. Washed and dried the towel. It still looks and feels plush. I understand why this is a top towel. While red and gray look edgy, more colors would be nice if offered. My wife and kids didn't have to buy me such a nice towel but I'm glad they did. It turned out to be great value. Now we need another one to store in another car!
