Review on ☕️ Exquisite Taste and Precision: Jura Giga 6 Automatic Coffee Machine Unveiled by Digna Rodriguez

I have 3 Giga 6 machines out of service in 2.5 months! The motherboard of the first machine failed. Not much foam 2nd car is a big water leak. The foam is not very good yet. The 3rd machine foams excellently, but the coffee spout is clogged and instead of a stable output, coffee drips out of the spout. Then an error message popped up 15. Won't turn on. Unit returned for coffee dispenser and warranty repair. Error 15. Got it back and used it carelessly for 3 days, then error 15 reappeared and Giga 6 won't turn on. It amazes me that such an expensive machine can have such quality control issues. I really want it to work because when it works, it makes great coffee. (PS I hate coffee but this is the first time I hate coffee the least) It's such a shame when the Giga 6 doesn't work. While it may take a long time to reach the Customer Service (CS) staff, they are amazing! Patient and helpful. CS has some important tips and suggestions for using the machine that are not listed in the machine's instruction manual. There are some minor issues with the information flow and language translation in this guide. I am grateful that Yura is taking the car back for a full refund. They support their product, but I don't think the Giga 6 should have any quality control issues. You can be lucky and get a trouble-free machine, but I plan to wait for the next version.
