PRO: Absolutely the best bag I have! I am a flight nanny and have to take most of the puppies that I transport with me. My adult Frenchie (25 pounds and 16 inches long) fits in great too! She loves it. I'm also a flight attendant and I can tell you that it's airline approved and while it looks big, once off the wheelbase it easily fits in even the smallest space under the seat (like a CRJ 200 airplane). I have recommended this bag to so many people. I like it. CONS: It can be a bit difficult if your dog isn't familiar with harnesses, but even with these types of puppies, they quickly learned to put themselves in motion so this was never a problem. The handle is the perfect length but the angle lets the bag sit away from you. It's ok but be careful in crowded airports when people aren't paying attention and stumble across your airline. Be sure to lower and stow the handle in the jet bridge as it can be difficult to control in the aisle of the aircraft.
