Love love love this product! I always shaved off my calluses. It started when I was a young gymnast and continued into my adult life with weightlifting and such until I found this product. The sand strip is much safer than using a blade and much easier than using a razor. It also comes in nice packaging so it doesn't ruin other things in my travel bag. I also used it to heal when they got sick. Gross, I know, but it works very well! I would recommend this product to anyone who has calluses that they want to get rid of.
