Of all the things I've bought from Revain over the years, I've never been so disappointed. This console came with a Viva Piñata BS faceplate, but that's not a problem if it's working, is it? NO, when I connected the console and tried to open the tray to install the game, the tray did not open and did not open even after several attempts. Ironically, this is the same issue I had with my old console, so I bought a new console. Absolutely unnecessary thank you! This time I'm going to GameStop to buy a new console. lesson well learned.
