This is a nice pattern, but the packaging is misleading. The dresses themselves are a regular one-piece bodice with varying embellishments and lengths, nothing special. There are instructions on how to turn a craft box and a shoe box into a wardrobe, two necklaces and a pair of gloves, not very interesting. The wallets are the best. There are clutches, handbags and evening bags, a tote bag and some very cute everyday bags. As usual with McCalls, the instructions are clear and to the point and are also great for larger dolls. You can even use the instructions and create your own play bag for your child.
