Review on V4INK MFC L2700DW DCP L2540DW DCP L2520DW MFC L2720DW by Calvin Chavva

UPDATED: Customer service was very helpful and replaced my drum with no problems. The new one that came works perfectly. PREVIOUS: It has been a major pain since I took it out of the box. The clip securing the toner cartridge broke immediately, the print quality is now terrible - with a black spot all over the paper - and the instructions for resetting the drum counter were wrong. I have cleaned it, refilled with new toner and fixed problems with Brother. I know you get what you pay for but I have relied on my very positive experiences with other brands of toner to save loads of money to get this one but now I'm stuck on this one.
