Overall it's a good Keurig and easy to use but they shouldn't advertise that it's compatible with the 3 month maintenance kit without telling you to buy another nozzle, to use the water filters. I would guess that part will be in Keurig, but you know what happens when you assume. After racking my brains for an hour trying to figure out where to place the filter while the instructions were utterly useless, I finally googled only to find out I need to buy other parts which I'm afraid they may not even be compatible with it. car anyway. I could benefit from some of the other items in the kit, but save yourself the hassle and don't buy a maintenance kit. Simply use the Brita pitcher to fill the reservoir.
