Better buy batteries

For some reason this stupid thing turns on all the time for no reason. I have used several rechargeable batteries and when I really need them I can't use them because the batteries are dead. When I was able to use it, it worked well and seemed accurate. I should probably contact the manufacturer and see if I can get a replacement.
