I've been running (from 5k to ultramarathons) for over 30 years. Mizuno are the best shows I've used (also used Reebok, New Balance, Brooks), the Shadow line is the best I've used so far. I run over 30 miles a week and have not had any leg or foot problems in these shoes for the past 3 weeks. Runs very easily and I don't feel tired after training runs.
