I was looking for an easy to use microfibre dust and wet mop for my fully tiled home. I found this one and it had good reviews so I went for it. I also ordered extra pads. It arrived quickly and all in one box which was nice even though it originally listed two different delivery dates. We have two dogs and four cats (yes we're crazy) and some days there's a lot of coats. This mop collects everything. I use one pad for the dust and another for the mop and it works great. However, apart from being a great value and product, this little company is amazing. The package contained a handwritten note from Jess. A thank you note written in real ink to confirm my trust in your company. It's the kind of personal touch that the vast majority of businesses these days have forgotten. And it really means something. So thank you Jess and Company, you have a customer for life. If I could give you a 10/10 I would, but 5/5 would have to be done.
