This was my first time using solar Christmas lights. They looked very nice and we have received several compliments on these lights. I live in Arizona so we get more sun than most, but if you can't place your chargers so they face the sun, you won't like these lights. We had a couple of rainy/cloudy days and the lights either didn't stay on long or didn't work at all. Every day in full sun they keep from dusk to dawn. I went back for more and ended up with six boxes of these lights. They also have different flashing or steady light modes, as well as a button to turn them on and off if that's what you prefer.
