Review on πŸ’‘ Flexible Illuminating Light Kit by Edgar Gomez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Adds extra light to my sewing machine foot!

It's damn smart and bright. Be careful when you plug it in and make sure you understand how the light comes out of the base or you could get stuck turning it the wrong way around like there is one friend did on her sewing machine. The arm only bends up to a certain limit, so you have to get it where you want it to be first. I placed mine in place, glued it to the left side of the Aria sewing machine, started sewing and found that the machine's vibration shook the light! It also makes the light vibrate which will give you a headache as the light seems to keep getting dimmer and brighter! It's not the flashlight's fault, but vibration is an issue if you attach this flashlight to something that may vibrate, such as a desk. B. a sewing machine. When I set my machine to sew at a slower speed I don't have any vibrations so the light works well and illuminates the foot area well! I even have a new car with stadium lights, but this adds extra light to the leg where I need it, especially when using the 1/4" leg with the built in black guard! Other quilters I've spoken to, love this light I've been told I've been teased for sewing too fast so the only thing that bothers me is the vibration so take it and enjoy!
