I don't normally write reviews. However, I have rarely been so disappointed with a product. I bought these batteries about a year ago with size in mind. I could use them as backup batteries in my smoke detectors. This would prevent constantly spending money on this replacement every year. They all came fully charged and we're working fine, but as soon as they started charging, disappointment set in. The first two didn't load at all. My smoke alarm kept beeping. I tested them in other toys and they didn't work. I was only able to charge 2 batteries and only 1 is working right now. Huge waste of money. I tried to contact the company but all you can do is email them about error issues. No Answer. I called but they just put you on an answering machine.
