The picture shows a hole in the center of the washer for use on a shaft, but it is actually a threaded roller washer. That's fine if you plan to use it with a disc pad, but not if you plan to fold them on a mandrel. The rest of the product is ok. Seller just needs to get correct picture for this part to avoid confusion.
