DOES NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX

I have several Bluetooth OBD devices. The last buy when vlinker MC+ is disappointing. The device connects to my phone via Bluetooth, but every single app listed as a working interface doesn't connect to MC+. I was looking forward to trying this out and I can't seem to find a way to contact the company through Amazon.
