Update, 3-21= It still works, I drive a tough old Blazer and if I have a detachable stereo like "old school" stereos, it can pop out easily. Mine has fallen down several times. I have a thick Poetic case for my Note 10+ and this mount fits better. cozy! Original review - easy to use, but what if you have an "old school" stereo in your car? This mount loves to roll over. It barely fits my Note 10+ with the Unicorn Beetle Pro case. I'm just not sure what type to use. Window fasteners fall off and are illegal in most states anyway. The vent mounts I've used in the past are extremely flexible and unreliable. I'm at a loss. I would not recommend this item as it locks onto my stereo and likes to pop out when driving. You can put it in the CD slot and over-tighten the wing nut screw and your stereo head will start to hang up. Cannot reach the preset buttons on the radio
