Fixed in position; caused severe equipment damage
The power relay never started in the ON position. This happened and caused quite a bit of damage to other devices. Removed from the system, put on a test stand, PTO shaft tested. The center poles are connected to the normally open poles when the relay is not energized. Applying power does not change the connection. I would not have expected that from a Schneider product.
