I’m 5’5” 140lbs 34-36B bigger back end and a medium fit well. Bottoms didn’t cut in to my sides quite yet and sat nicely on my hips (no ties. If I had bigger boobs I’d definitely go for the large. It’s definitely a small bikini but I felt secure in it as my bust isn’t big. However this bathing sure makes them look much bigger!
