Review on 🧠 L-Theanine Calm-Plex: GABA and 5-HTP Blend (100 mg, 60 Medium Capsules) by ProHealth - 2 Pack by Jeff Dawson

The right number of bottles (2) arrived on time, in good condition and with an acceptable expiration date. However I have been taking another brand of L-Theanine (Suntheanine) with 50mg less GABA and no 5-HTP for over a year with very good results but of course the price has increased since my last order so I chose this brand to try. Since my first dose my blood pressure had gone up and I was confused and nervous, not calm at all. I've always taken two of my usual brands but decided not to take two of these. I skipped the next day and tried again on the third day with the same results. I eventually got over the side effects and can now take twice a day without such extreme results, but in no way can I say I'm calm or focused. So after taking this brand for a month I'm ready to pack it up and go back to my old brand which I ordered today. I gave my son-in-law my second bottle and he's not impressed either, so we're both going back to our old brand. It may work for some, obviously it has great reviews but I felt I should let others know that this was my reaction and it wasn't good. Consider giving it a try, the price is right and you never know.
