Yes it's expensive but I think it's worth it. For the first time I can comb my hair in the morning and the comb is NOT full of my hair. Wonderful. I thought my hair would fall out because I'm 65 years old. Every morning I combed my hair with a regular plastic comb that you can buy at any store and there were 20-30 hairs in the comb. The first morning with that wonderful comb and there was no hair in it. No hair in the comb! I had to turn on the readers to make sure I didn't go blind. I'm ordering a second one for my travel bag. I have already bought two of the 4 inch pocket combs. (That was a mistake as I only need a pocket comb, but hey, now I have a backup in case I lose my pocket comb, which is usually washed in the washing machine once a month.)
